Home for EaSter!

Saturday night we decided to go to the Easter Pageant. We have always talked about going early and having a picnic, but this year we actually did it! It was the best idea we could have had. We parked super close on a church lot even, got seats in the very front and had time to walk around and relax. The weather was amazing and Sarah made my favorite: Pasta Salad!!!, so life was good! My dad said we were going to look like the "hillbillies go to to pageant" with our ice chest and blankets, but actually he was WrONG! Everyone does it! It was a fun time!

Chloe was so cute, she didn't like the "scawry" parts, she covered her eyes most of the time, or she would point and say "that scawry!" She is talking too much these days!

Moriah and some other people from EA came down and sat with us too. We all had a good time asking Chloe questions. She kept us very entertained, and she knew it! By the end of the night she was exhausted, as were we!!

Us: Chloe, where are the angels?
Chloe: Angels hiding. They hiding!

Me: Chloe, come here, I want to show you something.
Chloe: (with her finger pointed at me in a LOUD voice) Don't TOuch Me! Watch Jesus!

She is so fun these days! and makes everybody laugh!!!

YES, I know. I KNOW! We are too old to still have the Easter Bunny hide eggs and leave us baskets! But, what else are we going to do? I mean my little sister is just going to have to get married and have some kids soon so we have an excuse!! haha However, we have taken the Egg hunt to a new level. The yard becomes a battle field as we find the eggs! I know my parents would have been done this year if we weren't so adamant about the whole ordeal! haha Well, with missions and college and kids being away I think this will be the last Easter we will all be together in a while anyways!!!

Bobby And Sarah came over Sunday morning for Breakfast. Sarah got the girls the cutest Easter dresses and I found these headbands at a boutique here in Utah. It was fun to see them dressed up and matchy! After I went a little crazy with my camera and we visited grandma, grandpa and munchkin (the dog! I love the way Chloe says "munchkin"), we loaded up and went to church! We were early even!! (I blame that on my dad!)

Rocky is so CuTE with these girls! and they love him! I especially love this picture of Bobby and Sophie too!

I saw Tiffany at church! I haven't seen her in FoRevER!! Her and her husband live in Tucson now and are going to UofA. Miss You!!
Sunday, after church, we had dinner with Grandma & Grandpa and the Youngbloods (minus Aunt Tammie who was sick). We then had another egg hunt, only this time it was for MoNEy!! haha Grandma always does a great job of hiding the eggs!!! It was fun to see them all! Taylor and Tatum are SO old! The weather was so nice outside and Grandma & Grandpa's front yard is SO beautiful! I love all their flowers!

Brittany and I made a quick trip to Thatcher Sunday night and came back Monday afternoon. We miraculously got her an apartment; all the spots at Goodman's (where I lived) were full with 60 girls on a waiting list.

But, we found a girl who had renewed her contract for next year, but decided to move elsewhere and hadn't told the Goodman's yet. M'Lee let Brittany have that spot because she was my sister! It's all about who you know!! There are 88 Goodman Apt's, but Brittany's spot ended up being in my very same apartment! I loved it there, she will too!

We went to the college and she took her placement tests, went and toured the institute, met her roommates and then went to Casa Manana (our favorite place!), to eat some mexican food with what's left of our Thatcher crew! I was trying to show Brittany everything when she bluntly reminded me that she had visited me on both spring breaks there... she informed me she already knew everything! haha

Dad and Rocky looking at the gun magazine... it's like a toy magazine for them! They get so excited and make plans for which part they'll put on which gun with whichever scope and laser and stock... it's a whole new vocabulary!

Brittany ASKED me to TeasE her hair! Then she reacts like this... some people just can't handle the Utah POOF!! ps we hadn't even gotten to the smoothing portion yet before she started freaking out!!

I LOVE GOING HOME! 3 MORE WEEKS IN PROVO AND I GET TO GO HOME FOR THE SUMMER TO WARM WEATHER AND MY FAMILY! I CAN'T WAIT!

PS the forecast? IT is POSSIBLE THAT IT COULD snow TODAY!!! that is NO lie!

I have worked on this post for hours to get everything just so-so. Once I push "Publish Blog" everything goes haywire and I don't have time to fix it. SOrRy! I hope you can kind of make sense of where things SHOULD be placed. Blogger is so weird about it!

He's HOME!

No more looking at him through the window! Gavin came home today!!

I have fallen in love with the Richardson Family since I have been at BYU. Brother Richardson is the 2nd counselor in the bishopric in my ward. They have a daughter, Aliyah, whom my roommates and I LOVE to play with! We jump at any opportunity to babysit. She's adorable! Their family was in a car accident over Christmas break and sister Richardson, who was pregnant, had complications and had to deliver early. Gavin was born premature, but is a fighter and has done SO well and now is home today! Their family has been through a great deal with this whole process, I'm so happy they get to "move out" of the hospital today!

These pictures were taken a couple of weeks ago... he's even bigger now... what a cutie! I can't wait to see the little man... AT HOME! Congratulations Richardson family! We're all SO happy for you!

Today I'm a Leprechaun!

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

I think I may have overdone it... but who cares! I went snowboarding today with my bright green pants and then put together this ensemble... It works, right? Just in case you're wondering I dressed mildly compared to some BYU students. You give Mormon's an occasion to dress up for and some take it just a LITTLE too FaR!!!

Where oh Where is SpRinG??

SNOW ... in MaRcH. Need I say more?

I walked out of the mall Saturday to this unexpected surprise! Apparently it snowed last April during finals, if that happens... i might not make IT!
